The partial-discharge and temperature monitoring device is an online monitoring device installed on primary switchgear in power distribution networks, such as ring main unit switchgear, cable branch boxes and box-type substations. The YXY-D630A power-frequency burn-in control console enables automatic voltage ramp-up, staged voltage stabilization and voltage reduction during burn-in, as well as automatic transfer of burn-in parameters to the electronic traveler.
This test system consists of a triple-frequency transformer, a voltage regulator, and control, measurement and protection systems. The output voltage is continuously adjustable at a frequency of 150Hz, and the unit is used to conduct triple-frequency tests on test objects.
The protective resistor is connected between the test transformer and coupling capacitor to limit short-circuit current if the test object flashes over, thereby protecting the test transformer. It is constructed with an insulating cylinder frame wound with metal wire and grading rings fitted at both ends.
