To carefully review our 2023 work and results, clarify our plans for 2024, align our thinking, build consensus and deepen understanding, Jiangsu Xinya held its 2023 year-end review meeting on the afternoon of January 24. Company leaders and department heads attended.
At the meeting, General Manager Chen Zhongwei led all department heads in an in-depth review, analyzing, comparing and evaluating annual data to objectively summarize 2023.
Mr. Chen also heard each department’s 2023 annual review and 2024 plan, and provided guidance on key management challenges in the company’s work.
At the close of the meeting, Mr. Chen said that the company’s core support strategy for 2024 must focus on five areas: “products, pricing, service, cost and efficiency.”
First, take a long-term view, focus on strategic goals, simplify internal management processes and improve work efficiency.
Second, pursue breakthroughs in innovative technology and raise our technical capabilities. Technological innovation must go beyond improving processes and methods; it should align with more advanced frontier technologies, with planning, launch and implementation beginning early.
Third, strengthen our existing business and develop new growth. We should stay focused on market demand, expand our regional business and continually inject new momentum into the company’s high-quality development.
Fourth, build our talent team and invest more in science and technology innovation platforms. Talent is the primary productive force, so we must prioritize developing technical talent and strengthen the company’s intangible capabilities.
With sails raised, we press through the waves; with determination, we strive for new heights. Going forward, every department and employee will bring the drive to treat the opening as the decisive battle and every first step as a sprint—working with confidence and determination to plan and advance our 2024 agenda and ensure we meet all annual goals, contributing actively to Jiangsu Xinya’s high-quality development.
